All pieces are handmade to order and will take up to 7 working days to be completed and
delivered. If you need to rush an item please get in touch and I’ll see what I can do!
Payments are taken securely via Stripe.
All orders are sent fully insured Special Delivery by Royal Mail.
Customer satisfaction is my number one priority and I want you to be over the moon with your
purchase. If you’ve changed your mind I would be more than happy to exchange your item
providing it is in saleable condition and is within 14 days of receipt. Please email me via the
contact sheet to let me know the item(s) you are returning and what you would like to exchange
it for. Due to hygiene reasons I cannot accept exchanges on earrings unless they are found to
be faulty. Bespoke commissions are not exchangeable as they have been made to your unique
specifications and cannot be resold.
If the item has been found to be substandard due to a manufacturing fault I will repair or replace
the item free of charge. If the item is found to be broken through general wear and tear or
maltreatment the repair will be chargeable. Costs for repair will be agreed before the work
All finishes are temporary and will dull over time dependent on wear. If you would like
your items re-polished or re-oxidised prices are available on request.
Take care not to use perfumes and creams when wearing your jewellery especially in the
case of oxidised pieces, this could affect the finish on the piece. Apply your cream and
perfume first and leave to dry.
To clean your silver pieces use a silver cleaning cloth or a soft clean cloth
Take care not to submerge your pearls in hot water- this could affect their lustre.
Do not submerge your oxidised pieces or pearl pieces in silver dip- this may affect the
